All rooms are individually air-conditioned and have balcony/sit-out over looking the swimming pools and the beach beyond. At present we have 93 rooms. With each room facing the sea you have 93 angles to admire it. All rooms are furnished to international standards with shower and running hot & cold water. |

CONFERENCE FACILITY - Sadas Apart from being an ideal leisure destination, UDS offers excellent conference and convention facilities. Leave all the hassles of planning and conducting your conferences and meetings to our trained staff. Our settings are customized to theatre style, class room, "U" shape, "I" shape, "V" shape etc. The two venues we offer have a capacity of 100 pax and 50 pax and open terrace for cocktails.
Two air-conditioned conference halls accommodating up to 100 persons in theatre style is available for conducting conferences as well as parties. |
CULTURAL PROGRAMMES - Cultural Programmes like Kathakali, Bharathanatyam, Ghazzals, Live Bands etc are organized during dinner time.
