- Confirmation would be given on first come first service basis.
- Cancellation: 30 days before arrival date - full refund, 15 days before arrival date - 50% refund and less than 5 days before arrival - no refunds.
- Doctors services charges are for the supervision by the doctor over the treatments, diet, routine visits and consultation.
- Guests availing of specific treatments are advised to bring all relevant documents and medical history.
- Duration of the treatments may vary according to the direction of the doctors and the rates may vary proportionately.
- Transfers, Oral medicines, sightseeing, telephone calls, Internet, Personal laundry and other additional service requested would be charged extra.
