Kerala Highland Experience (2 Nights / 3 Days)

Day 01 :: Cochin > Munnar

Set off for an exhilarating drive through the green hills & tea plantations of Kerala on your way to Munnar. The scenic natural landscapes enroute is truly breathtaking. Arrive at your hotel in time for lunch. Take a trip around Munnar town, and then head for the highlands of Raja Mallay, where the mist & clouds come together to greet you with a cooling welcome. If you are lucky, you can spot the rare mountain goat - The Nilgiri Thar. Have a picnic on a mountain side with hot tea & snacks. Come back to your hotel in the evening. After dinner, there will be a campfire to warm up your spirits.

Day 02 :: Munnar > Thekkady

Have a refreshing breakfast before setting out to make more discoveries in & around Munnar by visiting the Mattupetty Indo-Swiss Dairy Farm Project. Later on there is a Lakeside nearby where you will be able to go for boating. Return to the hotel in time for lunch. Check-out & get ready for another fantastic drive through some of Kerala's classic green hill valleys on your way to Thekkady- Periyar Tiger Reserve. Check-in at your hotel and later drive down to the lakeside at Thekkady. Come back to your hotel in the evening. Dinner & ovrnight stay at your hotel.

Day 03 :: Thekkady > Cochin

Morning breakfast. Take an early morning ride to the lakeside for a boating trip through the lake. You will be able to see several species of rare birds and wild animals by the lakeside, including elephants, deer & bison.Return to your hotel in the afternoon for Lunch. Check-out and embark on another incredible drive through the highlands. On the way make a stopover at Peermade & Kuttikanam where there is an old Palace. Have a cup of fresh warm Tea at a nearby hill top resort. On your drive down the hills, you will be able to stop by a little waterfall & take a few snaps. Continue your leisurely drive back to Cochin.
