Our facilities include well-furnished and equipped Conference Halls [A\C & Non A\C], where you will be able to conduct for all kinds of meetings and get-togethers like Picnics, Birth day parties, Family meetings, Business meets, In house meetings and Conferences. We have 6 bedded villas for group accommodation and for Day Picnics. You will enjoy the Beach game, swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, rafting and backwater cruise during your holidays with us.

ACCOMMODATION

In the Heritage Village all the 10 villas are of traditional ethnic Kerala style, built in harmony with natural products like cane, bamboo, thatched palm leaves, coir etc without inflicting the innate beauty of the Mother Nature. Some of the cottages are made on individual islands and some are on coconut pillars. There are 20 Modern Villas, both A/C and Non A/C, all traditional Kerala Houses to suit your equirements with Cable TV., Mini fridge, Telephone etc.

Thottaruvu - (Near the pond) Sit out into the backwater- for fishing
